Meeting Minutes - May, 2012
A brief meeting was held on April 30th at the BBC since the coffee shop will be closed for business in May. There was no treasurer's report, but Jane announced a recent expenditure for new books.
Jane will send out work schedules soon for the next Merrywalker's event – Cruisin' Sherwood – on June 9th. Fat Milo's cafe will be the checkpoint for this walk. She also reported that the Cruisin' Canby walk has been sanctioned for the club and will probably replace the Cruisin' Sherwood walk in 2013.
Sandy Reid is updating all Merrywalker walks with the correct distance for each one.
Discussion followed regarding a new place to meet for coffee after the Snails walk each Monday. There will be one last gathering at the BBC on May 7th, at the special invitation of the shop owner.
There was no further old or new business, so the meeting adjourned.
