Today we had about 30 walkers in Sherwood for our new walk.  LouAnn was right there greeting everyone and taking their money.  We had a big group in the 10k walkers and then the 5k walkers split up a bit and we would stop, talk and smell the roses and there was something for all of us.  We met a couple of ex-bunco players from Vancouver, I think it was Helga and Bob, they will have to let me know if the names were right.  We heard there was a new walker on the 10k, but we didn't have a chance to meet up with her, hopefully she will contact one of us soon.  We did hear at the end of the walk she wasn't feeling very well, so we hope she's ok now.
After the walk everyone headed over for ribs at Famous Dave's.  It was great.  Tomorrow if anyone would like to do it again, we will!  10 a.m. tomorrow at the YMCA.  See you there. Oh, try and remember a couple of carrots or an apple for the goats.
