Parks Walk 08/16/2009
  We were late getting to the walk and missed Starr, but she again came through with some great shots! She even ran into Carol Reed and Rachael. We ran into Sharon and a host of others. It was a really nice walk, especially walking on Hawthorne and checking out the stores. Wow! What a great Fred's. We had to run into there to use the restroom, and it turns out that is where Starr used to work. Carolyn and I were pretty impressed with that store. CommentsStarr 08/17/2009 22:52
A beautiful walk hosted by the Rose City Roamers! A cool morning for the walk but the sun came out by noon to brighten up the day. Portland is a beautiful City full of history, parks & friendly people. So much to enjoy & do. Rachael had a big smile & a "HI" for me at the finishing point! Another successful walking event for all!
