Albany Fitwalkers sent us their schedule for the Thursday walks through the end of May.  If you would like to see their schedule, go to the EVENTS tab and you will find a link there showing their schedule.  Some of the walks that really stick out are the walks in Sherwood 4/16, Tigard 6/18, and Silver Creek Falls 5/21.  If anyone sees a walk that they might like to do and would like to get a carpool going there, please contact me and we can work on a field trip.

This week is the Amity Daffolidil Festival which is always a highlight.  The school sells the most beautiful tee shirts for $15 designed by one of their local artists.  Another stop could be the hazelnut farm, a little south of Amity where you can pick up cracked hazelnuts for a very reasonable price.  Also you can try the various wineries in the area, such as Left Coast and Amity, both have wonderful venues.  At the school they also feature a nice luncheon you can purchase or you can visit the many gourmet restaurants on the way to or from the walk.
