Marti from the Y came and gave a talk on stretching before and after walks.  She had us all up and moving.  Not only did she have handouts with all of the stretches, she taught us some exercises we could do to improve our balance.  After our physical activity she then gave some educational facts on power bars:  what to look for when purchasing, reading the labels, and which ones were rated at the top.  We had a blast.  Arlene said she wants to make sure we do the stretches before our Monday walk.
