FEB. 2 MEETING 01/18/2009
 

Our meeting on Monday, Feb. 2, will start with our pre-meeting walk at 7 p.m. but we will have Gayle from REI joining us with her walking sticks.  The meeting will start at 7:30 and Gayle will be giving us great information on walking sticks, how to use them, the benefits and how to go about purchasing the right ones for you.  She will also be talking on winter walking fashions that can keep you both dry and warm.  Please come, we'd love to have you.  The meeting will start sharply at 7:30 and end at 7:45 so we can have 45 minutes for Gayle.  Please join us.
